spoke with PP last week and assured me that I would be able to continue to get a live person on the phone throughout this whole virus thing as PP employees were just bringing their equipment home. Today they are just saying we're not here. Virtual agent refuses to send me to a live agent. I have a limitation on my account because of an Ebay error and They are gone as well.

You did not answer my question. I was assured by the PP representative that all calls would be answered by a live attendant. I am unable to discuss the problem as it was described by the LIVE agent I spoke to, as very unusual and they had never seen this before. Since I cannot call Ebay [ all calls are answered in CHINA ] it would be HELPFUL if PP would honor their promise.
