can't call paypal

spoke with PP last week and assured me that I would be able to continue to get a live person on the phone throughout this whole virus thing as PP employees were just bringing their equipment home. Today they are just saying we're not here. Virtual agent refuses to send me to a live agent. I have a limitation on my account because of an Ebay error and They are gone as well.

You did not answer my question. I was assured by the PP representative that all calls would be answered by a live attendant. I am unable to discuss the problem as it was described by the LIVE agent I spoke to, as very unusual and they had never seen this before. Since I cannot call Ebay [ all calls are answered in CHINA ] it would be HELPFUL if PP would honor their promise.

I am having this problem and it has caused so much stress and loss of funds, you people have over $3000 of mine, have RUINED my newly started business that was going fantastic, and it’s been well over a month??? Who or where do I go to speak with someone? I keep getting this bewildering runaround and this shouldn’t seem legal.

I have revived the same issue. I recently had a limitation placed on my account as I sold shoes on PayPal g&s but did a meet up. The person I sold the shoes to on PayPal contacted PayPal telling them the transaction was completed, ultimately clearing my money to me faster than the system anticipated without a tracking number. I guess the system couldn’t comprehend this and my account was immediately placed under limitation. (This was a brand new PayPal account) I have provided all the limitation information asked from me and it’s been 2 weeks and my account is still pending. I am pretty sad about this as I had plans with the money that I can no longer carry out. I went to the resort of contacting PayPal through a call to talk to a real representative but cannot due to coronavirus I suppose. I hope someone can help me. Thank you.
