can't access the account

Hi. Can you help me with my situation, I forgot my password, i tried to request for forgot password but the phone number associated on that account is no longer active and the card number on the account was compromised, the only thing i have an access with is the email address . how can I access my account again? is there other way?

I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to recover your password. If the website password recovery options are not able to be used, please call customer service for assistance. To get the number to call, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then Call us, then click to call as a guest.
