can't access secondary (personal account)

my personal account cannot be accessed, nor can the password be changed. i've tried everything, including calling customer service, which is a waste of time (robot loop). please please help! i need access to my account and it's previous history of charges. i've attached a screenshot of the message box from attempting to change password.
