can not complete information

Hello,

Every time i try to login in i start at the page where i have to complete my personal information.  both the get started and business information is already completed but when i want to complete the personal information i get stuck with with the identity document.  It is a scroll down where you have to choose between passport, license , id, etc.  If i choose id it shows that the field needs to be completed when i try to submit.  there is also no way that you can enter your Id number because you can only scroll between the options.  I can not get into my account without submitting that information.  can you please assist me.  thank you

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
