It used to be very easy for me to change my Business Name as well and now, I am not able to. When I click on the cog looking icon and click Update next to my Business Information, I cannot update my Business Name or anything else. My business name changed a while back and I am still using my old one and it does truly confuse some people and is causing me to lose sales which is very unfair. I understand there is likely a limit on how often a Business Name can be changed but I have not changed mine for quite some time and it needs to be changed very badly. I'd appreciate any help.
