my account was blocked i try sent all my information like id but still block because i do not have social security because im student from brazil.
after talk to call center i was inform that my money is gonna be hold for 180 days and then the pay pall email me but it pass 180 and i do not receive any email and i cant call to pay pall anymore because my account is block.
