good day, I did regestered PayPal last 2weeks ago and when I am doing a trial for the first time to transfer amount at my PayPal balance I didn't notice it that it should be started of small amounts like .50 and I keep trying to send more than 1euro and when I just noticed and read the instructions its already late, PayPal blocked me already, and now everytime I've trying my luck to transfering amount at my balance its always appearing We're in some trouble, your request cannot complete right now, please help what should I do?
