applicable funding source

i received an email from Paypal saying the following:

your PayPal account does not have a balance functionality and payments received to your account must be moved to an applicable funding source of your choice. Our records indicate you have not added such a funding source or have not confirmed which funding source to move your received money to.

Please log in to your account and set the applicable funding source you'd like your received money to be moved to.

 

where do i go to set up the funding source?
