its been nigh 4 months since updated my address, and removed my old address, I keep getting postal mail sent to my old address, annoying but ok, realising I had a limit on my account and I had to send documents to clear it, I sent the documents, 3 months later I'm still pending. I realise people are working from home but 3 months.... come on..
