Tried to change my address but when i click update a message pops up says cannot change and directs me to customer services where there is zero info. Any thoughts on how to correct this or actually make contact with a human being in Pay Pal?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
