add/delete/change ship (to) addresses

I need to change (delete/add) several "ship to" addresses. However, PayPal sends me to "Account Settings", then says to select "Address" to update, but there is no "Address" option. HELP!!! Thank you.

Unfortunately, this link only applies to my personal addresses--not the addresses of the other people that I ship to.
