I have had a PayPal account for ten years. I have only used it for buying retail products online even though it is a business account. There were never any problems.
Just for the hell of it, I tried to send a payment of ten dollars from my Survey Junkie account to PayPal. I would like to start receiving payments for writing/editing jobs in PayPal.
Survey Junkie denied the payment because I supposedly am not Verified. How can this be? All the Help topics say to be verified I just have to link to my bank account and answer various personal questions (which I did ten years ago). Why am I still not verified and how can I complete this process?
