Hello, Paypal community team.
As a Chinese, I opened my paypal account months ago and now Paypal asks me to verify identity and prove my address.
Therefore, I uploaded my national ID card which has my address on it as well.
It has been over a week since then but my account is still not verfied.
I already sent mails to paypal support team for several times but no change.
Can you help me on this matter?
I really have no idea why this is happening.
I will be very grateful for any kind of help.
