Hi,

First of all - Where Did Phone Support went to? AI leads me to the rabbit hole just to tell me there is noone available and Just Hangs Up on me. Disgusting PayPal. In times like this, when people have to work from home, it seems PP is eliminating Phone Support (at least for issue that I am facing).

Now when this is off my chest....

I have to change Password sometimes twice a day. Is there anybody who experienced same thing or can shine the light to what the issue might be. I suspect account is being hacked, but twice a day almost every day? I need to talk to someone. Please.

Had to replace password just now.

Update:

Problem seems to be solved. Had to change account PIN. Now when Login - PP website doesn't complain about wrong password. So far has been 2 days with successful logins.
