account login issue

hello there , i forget my password and i tried to reset it via email i open my email and i didn't receive anything from pay pall i tried couple of times then i lost the option the reset password via email now its keep asking me about security questions and i dont know them i made this account long time ago , i have my phone number connected as well but i dont any option to use it , so i have the email and the phone but still cant get my paypall account please help

Sorry if you're having an issue resetting your password. 

If the process to reset your password online isn't working, we would need you to reach out to our phone support team to reset it. You can find our number by going to the 'Contact' section at the bottom of the PayPal webpage. Make sure you choose the option to 'Continue as a guest' when it asks you to sign in to the account.
