My friend has her account locked because she forgot her password and the only way to reset it was with email and phone number codes. She has her email and got the code, however the phone number no longer exists and it did not git the "don't have my phone" option to reset password.
She is now locked out and cant reset her password.
Worst eve, she and I tried contacting support, calling, and chatting and there are no AGENTS available anywhere.
There was money transfered to that account and we want to secure it and make sure it's safe.
