account locked and identity issue - urgent!

Hi All,

Just found out my account has been locked by Paypal. I need to upload document to resolve my identity.

Trouble is when I registered my Papal account I used my English name instead of my Chinese name which is the legal name on my IDs. 

Now Paypal rejected by ID documents and hold up all my payments. 

Any help and feedback are much appreciated.
