account limitations

i have completed 4/5 documents I have to resolve for my account limitations and cannot complete number 5, will they review my documents or do I have to submit all 5 for them to start reviewing them

Hi @JakeCarter,

 

The limitation appeal will not be sent to an Account Specialist until the checklist is completed. However, if there is a valid reason for non-completion of the fifth request, there is an alternative solution.

 

Please click here to retrieve the contact number for PayPal Customer Service. You must use the phone option, to receive the appropriate assistance. Once an adviser has reviewed the limitation, if they are satisfied with the reason of non-completion for the fifth document, it can be manually forwarded to an Account Specialist, who will validate the provided documentation and email you with their review outcome.

I think you have to wait until Paypal get some new money in from new customers ...

Basically they do not always have enough money to pay every body ...

So you just have to wait your turn ...

I have looked into this in detail ...

And it is the only explanation i have heard that makes sense to me ...
