Hello Communities,

 

Can anyone help me or is there another # I can call besid[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]

I have been calling and on phone for so many times now. Representatives stated it will takes up to 72hrs. It is still "pending".
Why it is so difficult to reach the right person to discuss about this matter.
How do I file a complaint or can anyone help me with this matter?

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
