access to my paypal ... please resolve

Hello my name is Rocky <removed>. i am trying to contact support regarding my account. i change my phone number and i also did the same to my paypal account . but recently every time i tried login in it's always bringing me to the page of quick security check to add my phone number which when i eventually did it doesn't work. Can you please look it that.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

I cant even log into my account to contact them directly .. i already sent  them a message through twitter no response yet.
