this is me Mohammed i have problem with my account whenever i try to enter my account i get this massage error massage when i seek for help frpm the community i get this massage ( The PayPal Resolution Center is undergoing some maintenance, which may cause temporary delays in filing or checking on any disputes or limitations. We apologise for any inconvenience).
so i try to put my email and password many times until its open after while will close again and i have to start over again and enter my information several ties until its open
