I am trying to get into my other paypal account. i have changed mobile number so i can't receive the verification code but i still have the same email and access to that, paypal doesn't let me have just the one option i have to have the text sent too?!?!?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
