recently i had to cancel my paypal account due to fraudulent charges on my account. well i finally got my new card in the mail and have tried activating it but i keep getting a message that says: access denied blah blah blah and it gives me this refrence number with it
when i try and log into my account it tells me access is denied and gives me this reference number ref#18.8c7a6a44.1591068005.350677c6 what does it mean? can somebody please help me decipher this error reference number please this is getting very frustrating me not being able to access my money.please and thank you
