Hello! I want to put an IBAN account but tells me it's in another account that actually was mine but I deleted it and I want to stay on new one. how to proceed?

If the account still says it's connected to another account, it must not have been fully closed. This will need to be done before you can use the bank. If you're having issues accessing the account, please contact us so that we can help get the account resolved. Thanks!
