PayPal's web "master" has changed the User Interface by adding two new 'blocks' of inconsequential information ("Quick Links", etc.) which should have been added into the Main Menu as drop-down options. Currently, those new additions force my Transaction history to be shoved downward on the page far away from my "Summary" information on the left side of the page. I prefer seeing my Summary and "Notifications" -list of transactions 'Aligned' (adjacent to each other).
Please, give us control over your off-the-cuff, arbitrary changes back to a more friendly, usable interface. Add "EDIT" options to those new intrusive advertisements which includes "Hide," or "Remove" or "Relocate on page."
Getting decent HUMAN help from PayPal is impossible! Very poor customer support.
