Your payment is waiting

This is the first time I am using PayPal as a service for payment transfer.

I have received the payment from one of my friend (under $50).

Now its sent me an email, with content

"Before we can deposit the funds into your account, we need a bit more information about your account or recent transactions. To provide that, just log in to your account, and go to your account overview. Select the More menu, then choose the link that takes you to our Resolution Centre.

Please provide the missing information by 7 June 2021, or the funds will be returned to the sender. "

 

I have checked, but neither the amount is reflecting on my Paypal balance, nor the amount got credited to my bank account.

 

Also, I am currently using a Business account should I downgrade it, since I am only using it for a few payment receivings.
