I took a new MasterCrad debit card, and tried to connect it to paypal and got this message: "Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions".I contacted the bank and they told me that the problem was not up to them and that I should contact paypal. Can I get some help urgently?
