You cant use your card

PLEASE HELP. I have 2 notifications at my account both saying same thing " There seems to be a problem with your account " and " we need some information from you your added card cant be used right now " It wants to Confirm my card and confirm my id . THE PROBLEM IS I ALREADY CONFIRMED even paid 1€ for my card confirmation BUT NOTHING HAPPEND

Is it a card paypal accept?

Did  you get the 4 digit code in your card account to confirm it?

Yes , I saw 4 digit code And I enter it back to paypal it said your activation is complete but nothing changed still I have 2 notf. and still I cant use paypal at ps store.
