Hello Paypal,

I need your help,

I can't send money or transfer my balance account to Gcash App. I have this notification for almost 2month now

" You have reached a usage threshold that requires us to confirm your identity as an account owner. PayPal needs to do this to comply with regulatory requirements. To prevent any account limitations, please confirm your identity at the dashboard ".

The problem is I created my account as a Business Account. I can't provide any Business documents. 

Please Help me solve this issue.

Can someone help me resolve this issue ASAP?

I am from the Philippines. I tried to contact the customer service your time. But keeps me saying that there is no available agent.

I also tried chatting through Facebook and the service center. No one replied. 😞
