Wrong phone numbers for one time code

Been battleing PayPal for over two years to change ONE TIME CODE phone numbers for two years, yet they still don't get it. Both numbers are INCORRECT even though in my account the phone numbers ARE correct.

Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account?
