Marks and Spencer’s Are sending my item to the wrong address even though when I check out on Paypal I stipulated the correct address. At no point in the process did the m and s website ask me where I wanted the item sent. So annoyed. Surely m and s should have to send the item to the address that was stipulated during the secure transaction on Paypal?
Some shops lets you register an account with them where you can add your billing and shipping addresses so maybe you need to update your shipping address on the M&S account because depending on how M&S have PayPal checkout integrated the address on their site is passed into the PayPal payment.
