Wrong address for debit card mailing, won't accept primary address

In my profile I have my correct address as the primary. The address I previously resided comes up also with a blocked statement 'used for card' or something close to that, with a little information "I" at the end. When I click on that it says go to wallet to change address. Will not let me edit or remove the old address. There is no way to access wallet. I'm ready to cancel the card at this point but SURPRISE, there is no option to cancel the request. Also I have never logged in so many times before since being on a computer. Every new page requires a login. I'm all for security but that is ludicrous.
