So i made account with wrong nationallity (U.S.) and i cant use my paypal balance bcs i need ssn or itin which i cant have since im not the citizen... I made new account which is one im using rn but, there are still some cash on the one that i had and i cant use it bcs i need ssn and itin, so it basically locked on button "accept money" If there is any way of resolving this problem that u know of please answer its gonna help alot. Thanks in advance.
