Won’t let me transfwr

Been a member of PayPal since 2011. In the last few days when I hit Transfer Money button to transfer funds to my bank account, it just takes me to the same screen. It doesn’t show any holds on the balance, I have no cases against me, I have confirmed my identity and been member since 2011. Not sure what the problem is and why I can’t transfer my money out of PayPal.

Other posters with this issue have found they can withdraw if they do so via the app or trying another browser.
