Hi won't let me login to PayPal. I got message sorry we couldn't confirm it's you. How do I go about fixing it. I reset password and that still doesn't work. I use the account regularly so not sure why it's doing this.
Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account for the new security requirements?
