Won’t change password

Tells me my account activity is unusual and that I need to change my password. Follow this and try to change but won’t let me. Just keeps saying processing

Did you ever find a solution? I have tried to change it from multiple devices, from the app, from the website, by clicking “forget” password, and many other ways. It all ends the same with it saying “processing” . I’ve waited and watched for up to 20-30 minutes and never ceases to get beyond “processing”!
