Paypal declines my visa card when I try to link it to the account. At first the notification said I should contact the bank that issued the card. I did, they told me nothings wrong with my credit card. Then paypal stopped saying "contact the issuing bank" and now it just says "Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method". I already had an expired visa card (it worked while it was active) linked to my account when I tried linking the new one. Then I removed the old card, but the new one still won't link. I always entered the correct csc code when I typed the information so that isn't the problem. What could be the problem? I've tried time and time again, but nothing. Please help, I need it for work.
