We're an university with a Business account and Paypal is asking us to provide an ID Card with picture. We can send them the other proofs they need but why the ID card? How the heck can a university send an ID card? No employee here wanna give their ID card to Paypal to an account that is for the business. How can we proceed? Any ideas?
