Why is my old address being used in confirmation to vendors?

My address was changed some months ago but PayPal in confirming payments to vendors is using my old address, however the only address on the PayPal system is my new address.

The situation you've described likely needs to be addressed by updating the billing address for one or more cards you have attached to your PayPal account. Please check the billing address for any cards on your account by logging on and clicking Wallet.
