Why is it so hard to contact for help...I dont have minutes on my phone.

I got a notice  saying I was suspended cause some jerk tried to log in. I verified all the info, and have to wait two days. I did nothing wrong yet I get punished, this is the only way I can get paid. To top it off, I can not change  my password, it wont let me. I do not have text on my phone and cant remember the questions. I thought online was supposed to make my life easier...this is bs. 

How do I get help to change my password, which I just changed recently. thanks. sighs..

Umm, no. The internet has its own set of problems too. Can't have nice things no where.

Click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US and select the PAYPAL GUEST option since you are locked out of that account. Do not be logged on to any account when accessing the guest option as PayPal won't discuss an account through another account.
