Hello my name is carel <removed>, i facing some problem with my first account here.
The problem is i can't login into my account, email and password is correct but theres a notification that say the info's (email or password) is incorrect.
Oddly enough that 2hours ago i've tried to login into my account with my Computer and it's succeed, and then i try to login with my phone and i can't login, And after that i can't login to my computer too, they still say the email or password (info's) is incorrect.
And more problem here is i don't remember the Question Security, because this is about maybe 5y about my lastest login or transaction with Pp.
Is there anyone can explain this to me what happen to my account, help me about this?
