I have a business account. I do not remember why I changed it from a personal account and would prefer a personal account, but did not want to click delete as I have a long history with PayPal and was afraid it may close my account.
I went to ship something I purchased to a second home address of mine in a different state. It immediately changed the billing address to that address. The only way I can not have that become my billing address is to delete it. Fortunately, My Amex knows both addresses and will allow a charge to go thru, but if I want to use another credit card, it probably will not.
I tried to message with a representative, but it said it would be a few hours so I declined. Any advice?
