I called PayPal ( my 8th call to PayPal ) to ask PayPal to find some funds which PayPal lost.
The operator told me to upload my bank documents under "PayPal Name Change" which I did for the 8th time.
Today I received a another message telling me my name can not be changed.
I am not trying to change my name!
Why do the operators want documents uploaded under name change?
Yes, I have requested help in the PayPal Help Center weekly since December, and I have uploaded my bank transfer document to the HelpCenter about 15times since December 2018.
Still no one at PayPal has properly responded to my request (just automated useless responses).
Help?!?
