I have no pending transactions or open cases and still after 2 weeks of trying all i get is, *contact customer service* which Ive done 20 times, can't even get a human on the phone or in their message center. Is there some kind of trick to getting out of paypal prison? Is there really a customer service department with actual humans working in it?
Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country. Live chat is randomly available. You can send them a message. Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages. Ive tried everything including facebook with absolutely no luck, when I do get a message answered it's only the same old bs telling me how to close my account, when I go to settings and try it says I have to contact customer service again.
