I'm trying to close our account, am following all the directions, and keep on getting "We can't identify you". That is, I can get into the account. I can transfer money to the moon, if I choose. But somehow, suddenly, when I go to close the account, PP is unable to decide if they know who I am. Any suggestions for me apart from disconnecting the bank account and just leaving the account be to serve as a friendly fraud magnet?
