I just received an un-prompt and un-requested security code on my phone. This is alarming, or should I? I immediately logged in, changed my password, and removed my linked-bank. During the removing process, I was told I cannot because I had auto-payment set up. This is of course false. I checked my auto payment page, there are somehow 2 e-Bay billing accounts that I somehow "allowed" for auto bill and pay. I immediately removed those. And I then removed my linked bank to my Paypal. I cannot tell if this is some kind of tech issue by Paypal, or some kind of scam that is in action.
