Since 3 weeks ago I tried everything to obtain a reply from PayPal team: phone call doesnt work, post here didndt work, email didnt get a reply? this is a terrible company and i really fell frustrate for this terrible service that PayPal has in China.
Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country. Live chat is also randomly available.
Or you can send them a message, as they are inundated may take about a week to get a reply.
