Who do I need to talk to verify an email that I can’t get to verify?

Hi all, I’m pretty desperate for some help but I’ve been unable to get anyone on the phone and the limitations specialist closed my support chat without solving the issue. I have had an email address associated with my account for account for 4 years now that I have been unable to verify (my primary email IS verified). I get the confirmation email, but I get a generic ‘Try again later’ message when I click on the verification link. This has been happening since adding the email. I spoke with a chat support agent who was unable to verify it on their end. I was then escalated to a limitations specialist who was also unable to verify and then he just ended the chat with no recourse for me. After going through my email history, I believe the issue might be that I sent an invoice from my PP account to this email in 2016. (This was an invoice to a tech-illiterate family member who did not have an email, nothing shady). However, the email didn’t create a PP account and I have only ever had my one PP account. Does anyone who I can talk to solve this issue? I was sent some money last month to this email and I am unable to “claim” it because the email won’t verify. The claim money email is set to expire on the 15th, so I’m about to lose out on it. Thank you in advance for any advice.

Have you tried another browser OR device OR have you tried confirming it via the app and not the browser?

Yes @kernowlass . I have tried on multiple devices for years now. It appears that something is blocking the email from being verified, and I can’t seem to reach anyone that can fix the issue.
