Where do you enter Beneficial Owner Info

We received an email indicating that we needed to provide beneficial owner information before Jan 11, 2020 but cannot find anywhere to do this. Help please.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

You should be able to insert the information of the Beneficial Owners either from the 'Notification' section (the bell) or from your Settings. If you choose to update this information from your Settings, here is how: 

1. Click the Profile icon, then 'Account Settings'.
2. In the ‘About the business' section, click 'Update' next to 'Business information'.
3. In 'Your Business Information', insert the details of the Beneficial Owners under the 'Owners, directors and connected parties' section.
